We proudly ship across Australia and take great care in packing every order with consideration and attention to detail.

Our shipping charges are based on your order total and product type:

· Standard Orders: Flat-rate shipping of $12.00 Australia-wide

· Bulky or oversized items: A shipping quote will be required

Some products (e.g. filters, heaters, and large equipment) are classified as bulky or heavy goods and may not qualify for flat-rate shipping.

In these cases:

1. Select “Request Shipping Quote” at checkout

2. Our team will assess the best shipping option and email you a personalised quote

3. Once you receive your quote, click the link to complete your purchase
